Anchor + Flow helps you organize goals, habits, projects, and priorities, and includes an AI coaching feature. A free tier is available; the Pro subscription unlocks unlimited AI coaching and additional features.
The AI coach offers organizational and motivational guidance based on the data you provide. It is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, financial advisor, or attorney, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis in the US, you can call or text 988.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, plus applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access through the end of your paid period; we don't prorate partial periods. Prices may change with advance notice — changes apply at your next renewal, never mid-period.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Your data is yours: you can export it anytime (Settings → Export backup), and you can permanently delete your account and all synced data yourself at any time via Settings → Account & sync → Delete account. We claim no ownership over the content you create in the Service.
Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer the paid features of, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep the Service running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire features. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give notice and time to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
